Product description
An extraordinary rod for extraordinary fish. An extraordinary reserve of power in this blank that nevertheless remains capable of casting. Ideally expressed with a casting head of 650 to 700 grains.
The ultimate fly rod for rostrum fish, Sharks, Groupers and Catfish. Warhorse, "War Horse" because the battle scars often found on fish brought up from the depths bear witness to their tales of battle with other underwater monsters and triumph. Made in 9' for ease and accuracy of casting. Constructed from a hybrid blank fused with Zentron for added durability. Carbon fibre grip and aluminium reel seat.
All our rods have their Guides mounted on the straightest axis of the blank. The rods sold on the Edge Rods Europe website are the genuine Gary Loomis brand. These products are handmade directly in the brand's American factories. Edge fishing rods are made of carbon, so we strongly advise against fishing in stormy weather due to the electrical conductivity of carbon.
