Our gift vouchers are valid throughout the site and can be used on one or more occasions for one year from the date of purchase. They can be combined with current discounts and promotions.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of your order. You can drop off your parcel at the post office of your choice. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and proceed with the refund. Please note that we reserve the right not to proceed with the refund in the event that the product received is damaged or deteriorated and cannot be put back on sale.
