Hello,

My name is Nicolas Clerget and I am a custom fishing rod builder, specialized in rods designed for sea fishing: bass, pollock and tuna.

My passion for fishing did not start yesterday. It began very early, in Auvergne, when I first discovered the unique sensations this sport offers. As I grew older, my fishing horizons expanded:
First, my first bass in Gironde.
Then, little by little, the call of the ocean led me to Brittany, where I live today.

It was there that I began building my first rods, initially simply to meet my own needs. I quickly understood that rodbuilding allowed me to create tools perfectly suited to my way of fishing: precision, sensitivity, power, balance… Everything that is not always found in a mass-produced rod.

Little by little, other fishermen asked me to build their rods. And this is how my activity was born: designing and assembling unique rods, created to match exactly the technique, the fishing spots, the target fish and, above all, the sensations sought by each angler.

Today, my goal is simple: to put my expertise and my passion at the service of your fishing, by offering you custom rods that are reliable, high-performing and personalized down to the smallest detail.
