Tuna

Tuna is mainly caught by trolling with bait, but it can also be caught with lures on the hunt. For the latter, small poppers, casting jigs or stickbaits are used. Target specimens generally weigh between 5 and 30 kg.

For trolling, relatively short Blanks are used, measuring between 6'6 (1m98) and 7' (2m13). For lure fishing, on the other hand, longer rods are preferred, between 7' and 8' (2m43).
