The story of the brand

A small expo booth in Tampa, 1999

The Sea Party was born on the shores of Tampa Bay, Florida. It all began in 1999, in a small booth at the Frank Sargeant Outdoor Expo. The show was held at the Florida Fairgrounds Expo Hall in Tampa. Visitors took to its original graphics and edgy humor right away.

Local shops soon noticed the designs. Within a few years, the brand was sold by well known outdoor and lifestyle retailers. It reached the Gulf, Atlantic and Pacific coasts. Its range grew to cover both technical apparel and casual clothing.

Today The Sea Party draws on classic rock, the American Revolution and the chase for gamefish. A few outdoor misadventures also feed its designs. Its Rockfish collection, the newest one, pays tribute to rock star sport fish and their fans.
