Product description
Remarkable rod for medium to heavy Tightline nymphing. Firm action, excellent tip control, magnificent tone, this is a precision instrument for technical fishing. Its enormous power reserve will counter a specimen in the current as well as a big Barbel stuck to the bottom.
The handle of this rod has been designed with Top Flor quality cork from a family farm in Portugal which has had a relationship with Gary for decades. Unsanded, matt-finish Mike McCoy Snake Brand Guides and NFC "LMX" blank fly, accented with light blue thread Wrappings. Rod cover included.
All our rods have their Guides mounted on the blank's straightest axis. The rods sold on the Edge Rods Europe website are the genuine Gary Loomis brand. These products are handmade directly in the brand's American factories. Edge fishing rods are made of carbon, so we strongly advise against fishing in stormy weather due to the electrical conductivity of carbon.
