The ideal comfort zone for this rod is for swims from 56 to 182g. From a DRT Tiny Klash to a Deps Slide Swimmer 250. The 808's mod-fast action is incredible for jigging and avoiding big bass. With this rod in your arsenal, you'll never have to worry about making the right hooks on the fish that really count. In salt water, this rod excels at casting swimbaits and jerkbaits for a variety of inshore species. Calico bass, small grouper and small cod... No worries about the power of this rod.
