Casting rod of 6.9" casting rods feature a split grip carbon handle, a reel seat for direct contact with the blank.
All our rods have their guides mounted on the straight axis of the blank. The rods sold on the Edge Rods Europe website are the genuine Gary Loomis brand. These products are handmade directly in the brand's American factories. Edge fishing rods are made of carbon, so we strongly advise against fishing in stormy weather due to the electrical conductivity of carbon.

I purchased this rod based on the recommendation of Mr. Laurent Bouvet. I had been wanting an Edge Rods rod for twitchbait fishing for a long time, and due to my very positive experiences with the NFC (North Fork Composites) blanks that I have built myself, I decided on the Edge EFX Pro MBR 694-1C.
I would like to thank Mr. Bouvet for his excellent expertise. I already love this rod, even though I honestly don’t find the reel seat particularly appealing in terms of finish and appearance. However, this is the only drawback of the rod, and if it ever starts to bother me too much, I can replace it myself.
The rod performs extremely well for me, and fishing with it is a huge pleasure. I would also like to thank you for the great service and the super-fast shipping to Germany.
