This high-modulus carbon blank from North Fork Composites with carbon scrim offers an excellent taper. This taper provides great sensitivity and solid power reserve. Its length makes it particularly well-suited for shore fishing for seabass and zander. It performs well with both bottom-contact soft lures and hardbaits. It starts to come alive with jig heads from 5 g, but 7 g is where it really shines. Another blank that will require some adjustment time to distinguish between bottom contact and real bites!
