In algae-infested environments, you'll appreciate the power of the MBR 744 to extract big bass from the cover. Exo freshwater anglers also love this rod for peacock and other over-vitaminized exotic species. Its offshore uses are fairly limited, but lure anglers for big snook, redfish or small tarpon will find it more than adequate. In freshwater fishing, it's possible to fish for Pike and even Salmon with this rod, but it's above all a serious tool for big game fishing.
