Product description
Our take on the G-Splash 120
Here is a 120 mm popper (24.5 g) that makes noise, and that is the point. Its big cup throws water ahead of the lure with every rod twitch, enough to wake up a sea bass loitering under the surface. We stock it for anglers who love real surface strikes!

A 120 mm popper to make the surface boil
A cup that throws water ahead of the lure
Most of the work happens up front. The large cup of the G-Splash pushes water ahead of it, even when you retrieve it quite fast. You get a clean splash, then a little pop with every twitch.
Working it is simple (nothing rocket science). A few downward twitches, a pause, and start again. Change the rhythm, with fast or more spaced-out pops, to find what the bass wants that day.
Where to use it, and when to leave it in the box
This surface lure targets sea bass that are chasing or lurking near the top. Cast it over a spot, then work it to get attention. The Metallic Sardine finish plays the baitfish card, while the Zebra MS Aurora Black is bolder.
We recommend using a popper to fish sea bass in areas with strong current and a depth of less than 10 m.
Careful, it is not a walker. Walking the dog is not its thing, and for that we would pick a stickbait instead, which you will find in our lures by category. Want noise and flying water? Then it is right at home.
