Shore casting means casting into the waves from the beach. For that, this blank has the length and power you need: at 3.05 m, it sends a wide range of casting jigs from 40 to 100 g.

It also works for shore jigging, with a fast action and a 2.6 mm tip. For a 10' (3.05 m) blank, it weighs 142 g. In the Mediterranean as in light exotic fishing, it is very popular for throwing jigs far out in search of bonito and other pelagic fish.

Bonito, seabass and sea bream, where to use it

You will mostly find it in three situations.

• In the Mediterranean, from the shore, looking for bonito and other pelagics with a jig.
• In light exotic fishing, to send jigs far out in front of you.
• For seabass, from the beach, casting into the waves.

And sea bream? You can fish them with this blank too, rod in hand, working the jig all the way back.
