Product description

A versatile spinning rod. Perfect for fishing with intermediate lures and extracting fish with authority. Rod mounted with a relatively short butt.
Just when you think you've practised everything, someone invents a new technique or revives an old one. In this case, it's a bit of both. Carolina-mounted worms require a slightly longer rod to properly handle the long leaders associated with this technique, while deep jig fishing is much easier with a long rod as it increases leverage when striking and holds more banner. The 733 is excellent for both applications. And let's not forget the new oversized crankbaits that anglers have added to their gear to reach higher ground and increase prospecting areas. While you'll want a more sensitive tip to allow the lure to work naturally, you'll also want an extra reserve of power to handle larger lures like the 17g Fat Free Shad or big Bombers. It's all about leverage, and this rod makes the job easy.

7.3' spinning rod featuring a full handle in carbon.

All our rods have their guides mounted on the straightest axis of the blank. The rods sold on the Edge Rods Europe website are the genuine Gary Loomis brand. These products are handmade directly in the brand's American factories. Edge fishing rods are made of carbon, so we strongly advise against fishing in stormy weather due to the electrical conductivity of carbon.
