Innovative, advanced, revolutionary, futuristic….just a few simple words that aptly describe the ForeCast™ “Y” fly seat design. This custom, precision CNC machined fly seat has become a favorite with custom rod builders worldwide. The unique “Y” shaped CNC cuts in the barrel are not only a marvel to look at, they reduce the weight of the fly seat. This fly seat series is offered in two different configurations, one freshwater design and one saltwater design. The freshwater design features a beautiful burl wood insert; the saltwater design features a laser engraved fish on an aluminum insert. The freshwater design is at home on rods that fall between 4-7 weights. The saltwater seat is designed to fit rods between 6-10 weights.
