I use the Hookook spike in combination with Tegaki. Tekagi is great for puncturing the hard skull of fish like American red snapper and mangrove snapper that we catch in the Gulf of America.. The spike, with its longer length, allows me to clear a path for the skinkei wire. All of the fish in the picture. We processed using the. Hookook Tekagi, the Hookook fish spike, and a Hookook shinkei wire.
