Product description
The Rodbuilders' Republic Wrapper machine has 4 aluminium rails, a 304 stainless steel chuck and plugs into a 220V power supply.
The "Dryer" mode allows the rod to be rotated to dry the varnish at a speed of 11 rpm.
The "Wrap" mode allows you to wrap the guides and turn a workpiece, at a maximum speed of 480 rpm. (max speed motor 6000 rpm). Control with a pedal.
Possibility to wrapping by hand by removing the drive belt.
Supplied with a screwdriver, an extra drive belt and spare silicone nails for machine.
Total length of 4 assembled rails 226.5cm, with an effective length of 2mm. If you need to build a longer rod, separate the rails or order an additional rail.
Spare parts available by special order (e-mail).
Use a 7mm spanner to tighten the bolts.
