Product description

This Gary Loomis-designed blank delivers some pretty rare sensations. The resin used is specially developed for these blanks and stops what is known as the propagation of micro fractures: even if you tap your blank and create a micro fracture, which will normally result sooner or later in breakage, this resin with its amazing properties will continue to resist the enlargement of the weakness, thus extending the life of the blank.
HMx-ray is the result of a "no scrim" technology, the matrix is obtained by interweaving very fine fibers into one another. This construction technique with high-modulus fibers ensures constant stiffness, with less material.

High-Modulus Carbon Technology
This new XRAY high-modulus material is the latest to be introduced. It's HM because it's the highest level of modulus currently available, and named X-Ray because, like an X-ray machine, it will let you feel the tiniest vibrations.These are the lightest and strongest blanks ever produced.

HMx-ray blanks are 20% lighter than the current HM range, which is already incredibly light. XRAY blanks are more resonant, and while we understand that resonance can sometimes have a subjective character, here it's like feeling a shock in your arm, the aim being to allow you a true reading of what's going on deep down. HMx-ray blanks come in an unsanded, matte-black finish, sanding the blanks makes them softer, the action of these blanks is Dry fly.

Un blank absolument magnifique !

C'est un blank que j'ai monté pour moi dès qu'il est sorti. Il est à la fois très léger mais puissant, plusieurs silures à son actif, il est très correct sur la lecture du fond et fait donc un bon blank de gratte, mais c'est sur la gestion du poisson qu'il est extraordinaire.
La touche est terrible, la gestion du combat un mélange de finesse et de puissance unique. Un blank très directif, au lancé et au combat, d'une stabilité en main impressionnante mais qui reste joueur quel que soit le poisson recherché.
Exceptionnel.

Super-blank je l'utilise pour le linéaire avec des leurres souples supporte bien son grammage tactile et résonant à conseiller

NFC MB 733 X Ray

n equilibre qui frole la perfection, une action de dingue, les touches sont juste jouissives, sa polyvalence redoutable! Elle me suit partout: LS en gratte, lineaire ou verticale mais aussi crank, lipless, lame, baby buster et assimilés et meme un peu de drop pour depanner. Ce blank est juste génial. Grosse reserve de puissance au talon. Un coup de maitre! Pour moi, c est une 5/25gr qui peut prendre un peu plus a l occaz.

Excellente réserve de puissance, bonne lanceuse. La résonance est bonne et les retours d'informations sur les caudales sont très bonnes. Un excellent blank !
