Order preparation and delivery at Rodhouse means business!

When you order on the internet, the correct delivery of your equipment is a key point. Breakage, lengthy delays, wrong part numbers - these are just some of the hassles you want to avoid.

At Rodhouse, we consider order preparation, shipment and receipt to be essential to customer satisfaction, and we do everything we can to be efficient in this area. Today, we'd like to take you on a tour of our premises in Brittany, to find out how we work.

The store

Rodhouse moved last year to integrate larger premises better adapted to growing customer demand. The store now covers 150 m² and includes an office, a warehouse and an "order preparation" area.

Three people work here full-time, Goulven, Solène and Céline.

Goulven, the boss, is mainly responsible for managing the business and providing customer advice.

Solène, meanwhile, has been with Rodhouse for several years. Among other things, she organizes and manages over 3,000 references, and prepares and dispatches orders. She is now assisted by Céline, the company's latest arrival.

Stocks are kept up to date to avoid any problems for the customer when ordering. To put it simply, if an item is noted as being in stock on the site, this means it's available in store (this seems obvious, but it's not the case on all websites). If an item is no longer in stock, Rodhouse can notify you by e-mail of its availability on request. Finally, if you would like to order an item that is not available on the site, a special order can be placed by Rodhouse (please allow for a slightly longer delivery time).

Order preparation

When an order is placed, Solène references all the items purchased by the customer and begins making up the package. Rodhouse can mark the blank spine or check that the scion ring matches your choice if you request it in the comment box when you make your purchase.

This shipping method has several advantages: - foolproof strength, - stability during transport, - ease of storage. Shipping

Rodhouse's delivery partner is renowned for its reliability and professionalism. Almost all orders placed are shipped the next day (except weekends, departure on Monday) to shorten delivery times. Once the parcel has been accepted by the carrier, the latter usually contacts the customer to arrange an appointment. Although very few breakages have been recorded, we advise our customers to refuse the parcel on delivery if a problem is observed, to facilitate after-sales service. As you can see, we do our utmost to satisfy our customers, particularly in the areas of order preparation and delivery.
